Ever notice how limited your perspective can be with both feet planted firmly on the ground? Of course, it depends a lot on high high that plot of ground is in relation to the surrounding landscape. The higher your POV the wider the perspective, whether from the observation deck of a tall building, a mountain peak, or even from a high flying airplane. However, there is only so much you can take in while viewing things from your own perspective. Even if viewing our world from the Moon, you still can only see one side on your own.

 It takes a shared perspective to get the big picture.

I have determined that everything that I ever took for granted is now up for review -- how about you?

After further review...

could  just  be  the  three  most  annoying words known to men.  Oh,  it  might  be argued that

"honey we need to discuss this"

is much more so; but only by those unaware that it means the same thing.  The only real difference being in the gender of the investigator.

He had scored the winning touchdown; but
upon further review...

She thought she'd found a perfect man; but
upon further review...

Iraq posed an immanent threat to U.S. security; but
upon further review...

We believed we could trust in our financial guardians; but
upon further review...

The priest only has our best interests in mind; but
upon further review...

Christianity was thought to represent Jesus; but
upon further review...

AND, occasionally the further review requires
further review.

Get my drift? I used to believe in Santa, the Low Fat Diet, and the hew ass congress -- AND
I've begun looking into this Easter Bunny Business. Nowadays, anybody that says "trust me"
I immediately guard my wallet and genitals. Speaking of that, did you listen to the experts
and stay with your investments or pull them out, like I did, when the Dow
hit 14K? Immanent threat of WMDs from Iraq, indeed! Look
where total trust got us with THAT one! How sad to have
had more trust in the local used car salesman than
the president of the most powerful nation
on earth. At least nobody died
when Clinton lied.
So,
even though
I will now root for
O'Bama to lead us out
of despair I will do so with both eyes
wide open.

So many accept blindly what is spoon fed; but upon further review, minds may be edified.

At least, after the final review, you'll be able to say why ya believe whatcha believe.
